ABOUT US

"The difference between a good party and a great party isn't the guest-list, it's the plus-ones—all of those unexpected details and surprises that make things interesting."
It's the same thinking that's made Thomas Sullivan Signature Edition bedsheets the approved house-brand of many 4 and 5-star boutique hotels the world over.

It all starts with the highest quality, ultra-soft long-staple PIMA cotton.
Next, the fabric is expertly tailored.
Finally, it's finished with Thomas' stylish high contrast stitching.

What you're left with is an experience: A bedsheet that get softer after each washing, and just the right amount of detailing to let others know you not only appreciate the finer things, you're confident enough to have fun with it too. Why? "Because after the party is the after party." Sure it's a cheesy line, but when you're wrapped in luxury and say it with a wink, it's bound to leave an impression.

FAQ

What is PIMA Cotton?
PIMA Cotton is a specific breed of cotton renound for it's long fibers. When spun into yarns or threads, these long fibers make for an extremely durable fabric, one that gets softer, not weaker as the individual fibers expand with each wash and wear.

400 Thread count sounds high, but aren't there higher?
Not all thread counts are made equal. In fact 600-800TC often requires some pretty crafty counting (many manufacturers count each strand that goes into a single yarn as a "thread"). Of course, there are other factors to consider as well, mainly the type and quality of cotton used, the length of the fibers, and the type of weave and dyes. Thomas doesn't fudge the thread count and never skimps on materials. Don't be fooled by our low prices, it's only because we're selling direct online. Comparable bedsheets routinely sell in finer department stores for $400+.

Should I really wash my new sheets before using them?
Always, but not for the reason you might think. Most manufacturers of high-end bedding add silicone-based softeners to their product just before shipping it. It does nothing for the sheets, but in stores, when you touch it, these chemicals come off on your hand, giving the illusion of a smoother sheet - what insiders call the bedsheet's "hand". By sending the sheets through the washer before lying on them, you can get the stuff off without coating your body in it.

Thomas doesn't pull these kind of tricks though. The smoothness you feel is purely a product of the tight weave and high thread count. Still, it's a good idea to wash even Thomas Sullivan sheets before sleeping on them as it begins the process of freeing up the cotton's fibers, making them softer as they reach their full luster.

Why do Thomas Sullivan bedsheets come in a gift box and not a plastic bag like everyone else?
Life is in the details. Not only does the Thomas Sullivan gift box kick off the experience right, it's easier on the environment as it's made of embossed biodegradable cardboard.

What if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
Our return policy is below, but we like to sum it up as a "no hassle lifetime guarantee." If you're unhappy for any reason, and at any time, send 'em back for a complete refund. That's what making a great product and standing behind it looks like.

How do I know if my order went through?
Did you get to the thank-you screen? Or get an receipt and thank-you note in your inbox? If you did, everything is as it should be. If not, something might have gone wrong. Give us a ring though, it's what our customer service team is here for.

How will I know if my order has shipped?
Order ship-out from our warehouse the very next business day after they are placed. Once that happens, you'll be alerted with a second Email confirming that it's shipped along with tracking info so you can keep an eye on it as it makes it's way to your door.

If I order today, when will my shipment arrive at my door?
It depends on where your door is. Also, what kind of shipping you selected when checking out. We offer a variety of methods including overnight if you're in a rush, but standard FedEx ground service is not only economical, it will reach any US address in 5 business days or less.

Do you offer International Shipping?
Unfortunately, with the exception of hotel orders, we are only shipping to US addresses at this time. If you're desperate to take Thomas' sheets for a test-drive though, perhaps we could supply you with an a list of international hotels currently using them.

What else does Thomas Sullivan make?
Glad you asked. There's lots of goodies on the horizon, but for now, we're just sticking to what we're good at while we struggle to keep up with demand. Be sure to sign-up for our mailing list though when checking out and we'll keep you up to date as new products come on line.

RETURN POLICY

The long and short of it is: We will take anything back, at any time, and for any reason.
There's almost no fine print either. Check out the specifics below.

What if the seal on the box the sheets come in has been broken? Send 'em back and we'll refund your money.
What if the sheets have been slept on? Send the 'em back and we'll refund your money.
What if the sheets have been through the washer? Send 'em back and we'll refund your money.
What if the sheets got torn somehow? Was it along a seam implying a defect, did you somehow wear a how in them, or did you actually go at 'em with scissors? Anything but that last scenario and the answer will always be the same: Send 'em back and we'll refund your money.
Don't like the color? Are they not as soft as you'd hoped? Have they not held up to exceedingly high standards? Whatever the reason, if you're not happy, we're not happy. Send 'em back and we'll refund your money.

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, simply drop us a line, we'll send you a pre-paid shipping label allowing you to return the product for a refund. So long as they haven't been stained, sliced, or diced, we'll take 'em back no questions asked.

That's what making a great product and standing behind it looks like.
